Job description
Xpertise have an urgent requirement for a Data Migration Lead/Data Workstream Delivery Manager (SAP S/4 Hana, Public Cloud, Private Cloud, SAP Data, ETL, SAP BTP, Snowflake, AWS, MDM) for an immediate start.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Delivery Manager/Project Manager on large-scale SAP S/4 Hana programmes
- Proven experience leading a data migration workstream through at least one full SAP ERP implementation (Public or Private Cloud preferred).
- Strong understanding of SAP data structures, migration tools (BODS/LSMW/LTMC), and SAP master and transactional data objects.
- Hands-on background in ETL design/delivery
- Experience managing data quality, profiling, cleansing, and reconciliation activities at scale.
- Track record of leading and developing multi-disciplinary data teams.
- Strong governance mindset with experience implementing audit trails, controls, and structured migration processes.
- Proven experience of SAP Public Cloud experience - SAP BTP, Integration Suite, SaaS model etc.
- Proven experience with SAP migration methodologies
- Proven experience of Snowflake, AWS, or modern data platform tooling.
- Exposure to data architecture, medallion frameworks, MDM, or data modelling.
