Job description
We are a supplier of software and hardware solutions for the Healthcare, Local Authority & Education sectors.
This includes Two-Way Radio Systems, Task Management, Auditing & Compliance, & Asset Tracking Systems. We deploy client software through integration with Two-Way Radio Systems, Android, & IOS devices. We also utilise MPLS and Mobile Network Operators to integrate our systems.

Duties & Responsibilities:
You are required to oversee all the daily activities of the customers' radio systems, including but not limited to.
- Excellent knowledge of DMR / PMR radio equipment programming (Motorola, Hytera, Kenwood)
- Extensive troubleshooting to the component level for digital radios
- Comprehensive site survey for distributed antenna system deployment
- Maintenance contract service & repairs
- Presales & post-sales support
- Engages in all aspects of Health & Safety
Requirements
- Good soldering skills
- Good use of test equipment
- Accurate record keeping of customers' technical documentation and equipment profiles
- Excellent communication with customers
Essential Skills:
- 5 years working in the business radio engineering sector
- Investigate & rectify RF interference & intermodulation
- Experience with distributed antenna systems
- EMF testing and measurements to meet Ofcom requirements
- Able to work away from home
- Experience working with VoIP & IP networks
- Full UK driving licence
Desirable:
- Radio Engineering: City & Guilds
- HNC Electrical, Electronics, or similar
- ECS card holder
- Experience with body-worn camera & CCTV integration with radio systems
