Job description

Are you passionate about using digital innovation to improve healthcare? We're seeking a dedicated Digital Product Owner within our Health division to lead the tactical delivery of our digital health products. Working closely with a cross-functional squad to manage backlogs, facilitate agile ceremonies, you'll contribute to the delivery of impactful features that enhance our healthcare services. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your product management expertise within a dynamic health and insurance environment., * Lead the tactical delivery of a digital health product, working with a squad to prioritise and deliver backlog items aligned with strategic goals.

  • Own and refine the product backlog, ensuring it is prioritised and ready for delivery.
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups and reviews to ensure smooth delivery and remove blockers.
  • Coordinate daily squad activities to meet sprint goals and commitments.
  • Collaborate with the Product Manager to monitor progress against the product roadmap and milestones.
  • Gather stakeholder and user feedback to advise backlog prioritisation and future improvements.
  • Track key metrics and operational data to identify opportunities for product enhancement.
  • Identify risks and opportunities proactively, supporting continuous improvement and maintaining clear documentation.

Requirements

  • Experience in a digital product delivery role, ideally within health or insurance sectors working in an agile environment.
  • Backlog management, facilitation of agile ceremonies and cross-functional team coordination skills.
  • Familiarity with agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe and experience with tools like JIRA and Confluence.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Azure DevOps, .NET and API integrations.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with technical teams, health professionals and business stakeholders to clarify requirements and support delivery.
  • Proactive in identifying delivery risks and opportunities for process improvements.
  • Enthusiastic about developing product management skills, with an interest in healthcare strategy and digital roadmap planning.
