JavaScript Solutions Engineer

We're looking for a skilled and enthusiastic JavaScript Solutions Engineer to play a key role in supporting our client's Sales, Project, Product and R&D teams in conducting technical discussions with online retailers and brands wishing to expand their cross-border business with our client's SaaS software solution.

The job will include leading technology and integration with prospects and existing clients, face-to-face and virtually.

Enable Cross-Functional Collaboration

· Develop and maintain strong relationships with Partnerships, Agency Leads, and Product teams

· Leverage your deep technical expertise to build trust by understanding their offering, technology, and customer needs

· Build engagement plan including product & services fit analysis, enablement, integration strategy

· Develop partner content and material as technical presentations, trainings, consultations, integration guides, and best practices

• 8+ years of experience of coding skills with primarily JavaScript and Typescript. If you've got Python, HTML/CSS, C# and/or Java... well that's even better!
• Experience in web applications deployment (AWS, Azure, IIS, etc.) in a Windows or Cloud environment.
• Data normalization and field mapping are concepts that you are familiar with.
• Consulting and/or client facing experience, understand the importance of timely communications and see value in collaborating with colleagues to find the best possible solution.
• Entrepreneurial spirit, you feel you achieve so much more by working along with a customer or partner than alone between four walls.
