Job description
- Support day-to-day operations of SQL Server and PostgreSQL database environments
- Perform database maintenance, patching, and backup validation activities
- Monitor performance and assist with troubleshooting database issues
- Support Azure SQL/Azure PostgreSQL configuration and workload reviews
- Assist with automation and operational improvements using Scripting and DevOps practices
Requirements
- Strong experience with SQL, SQL Server, and PostgreSQL administration
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure database services
- Experience supporting production database environments and troubleshooting issues
- Familiarity with automation, Scripting, and DevOps practices
- Ability to work independently in a remote, distributed team environment on the Abu Dhabi time zone
