- Prepare technical specifications and fully detailed tender packages, including reports, analysis and recommendations.
- Oversee and perform design and installation quality checks in line with project requirements and industry regulations.
- Develop project scopes with the design team and clients, ensuring alignment on expectations and deliverables.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers and graduates, supporting their technical and professional development.
- Participate in design reviews, technical workshops and site inspections as required.
Requirements
- 6-8+ years' experience in electrical engineering within the building services sector.

- Strong electrical building services design experience (lighting, power distribution, fire alarm, security, emergency systems).
- Solid understanding of IEC/IS/BS/EN standards, with familiarity with CIBSE and IET codes of practice.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit MEP, Dialux, Bluebeam and Microsoft Office.
- Experience producing detailed load calculations and coordinating electrical systems.
- Knowledge of sustainable, low?energy solutions is a strong advantage.
Who will thrive here
- A confident technical leader with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and a focus on quality.
- Able to work independently and proactively with minimal oversight.
- Comfortable in front of clients, with a collaborative, solutions?focused mindset.
