Job description

Join us as a Security Engineer at our cybersecurity firm! Work with top tech.

Tasks

  • Design and implement secure network solutions for clients.
  • Advise on architecture and processes to enhance security.
  • Lead technical work from design to implementation phases., As a Security Engineer, you design, implement, and further develop secure network and platform solutions. You combine technical craftsmanship with a consultative approach and help clients make the right choices in architecture, processes, and priorities.

Examples of tasks:

Network security architecture and design as well as segmentation

Cloud and hybrid environments: secure network architecture in AWS/Azure/GCP

Hardening and review, configuration and rule set review, as well as cleaning/tuning of e.g. firewall rules

Logging and monitoring: network and firewall logs

Advisory and change management: workshops, roadmaps, decision support, documentation, and knowledge transfer

Your profile

We are looking for someone with technical expertise in cybersecurity. You have deep knowledge in one or several of these areas:

Workspace security (e.g. MS Defender E5, MS Intune, Palo Cortex, Sentinel One)

Secure connectivity, SSE/SASE, and remote access (e.g. Palo Alto, Zscaler, Cloudflare, Check Point, Cyolo)

Firewall and network security (Palo Alto, Check Point, Zscaler, AlgoSec, Fortinet)

Identity and access (MS Entra, MS AD, Cyberark, Cloudflare)

You have the ability to lead technical work in client environments, from design stage to implementation. To be successful in the consultant role, you need to be communicative, curious to learn new things, and able to easily build trust with clients.

Certifications such as CCNP Security, PCNSE, JNCIS-SEC, CISSP, GIAC, GCIA, GCIH, CCSA, CCSE, CCSM are meritorious.

Practical

Since this position involves working with clients where security clearance is required, Swedish citizenship is a requirement. Fluency in both English and Swedish is required.
