Solutions Architect

In this position you will:

• Architect complex solutions/integrations grounded with the business' long-term vision and keeping in mind both the technical and operational feasibility of these solutions.
• Comfortable driving client interactions from start to finish, addressing requirements, dependencies and risks regarding the technical solution.
• Define and enforce the technical standards for security and systems integration, serving as the lead authority for enterprise customers as they navigate the complexities of rolling out a multi-tenant environment.

• A history of leading technical discussions and comfortably "owning the room" during client workshops and status calls.
• Skilled at translating complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders in real-time to maintain project momentum.
• A commitment to supporting project managers and consultants during client interactions, ensuring the team is never "left on the hook" for technical answers.
• The ability to provide real-time technical corrections or guidance to both clients and colleagues with tact and integrity.
• Ability to influence senior leadership (CTOs/COOs) by contextualizing technical risks as business risks.
• A commitment to partnering with Project Managers to ensure the ProFinda team presents a cohesive, confident, and authoritative voice to the client.
• Expert understanding and experience with building, deploying and integrating enterprise applications
• Excellent system design and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and client management skills
• Excellent knowledge of cloud technologies, Google Cloud and Hybrid architectures
• Proficient in networking, Security, Architecture design and Documentation standards
• Ability to comfortably and credibly present to senior management
• Ability to articulate the value proposition of getting solutions built using sound architecture principles
• Excellent written and diagramming skills
• Strong data analytics skills.
• Can-do attitude with the ability to develop unorthodox solutions
• Knowledge of Python, Ruby, or any other scripting language
