Servicenow Technical Architect

Role - We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Technical Architect to design and govern scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions on the ServiceNow platform within a complex enterprise environment. This role combines deep technical architecture, platform governance, and technical leadership. You will bridge business requirements with enterprise-grade ServiceNow solutions, providing architectural direction across implementations, enhancements, integrations, and platform modernisation initiatives. Key Responsibilities

• Define and own end-to-end ServiceNow architecture across modules such as ITSM, ITOM (Discovery & Service Mapping), and ITAM .
• Design and maintain architectural blueprints, standards, and best practices aligned to enterprise IT strategy and digital transformation goals.
• Lead architecture for new ServiceNow implementations , enhancements, upgrades, and platform consolidation initiatives.
• Ensure solutions meet security, audit, and compliance requirements in line with enterprise policies.
• Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentoring to development and delivery teams.
• Lead technical design sessions, architecture reviews, and code reviews , ensuring adherence to platform and coding standards.
• Architect and oversee complex integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth, SAML, and middleware platforms.
• Design scalable, reliable solutions including custom applications, orchestration, and third-party integrations .
• Lead ServiceNow instance strategy , including deployments, upgrades, migrations, and multi-instance consolidation.
• Support CMDB enrichment and CSDM-aligned implementations , ensuring data quality and architectural integrity.
