- Knowledge of agentic patterns and workflow automation strategies in Customer Technology contexts - you should be able to propose architectures using agent-based orchestration for Customer Tech use cases (e.g. campaign content generation, CDP data analysis, …).
- Knowledge of Software Engineering best practices - including version control, clean code, testing practices, documentation standards, and modular design., * Ability to explain technical decisions to non-technical audiences - you should be comfortable articulating technical concepts, trade-offs, and solution choices to stakeholders with varying technical backgrounds.
- Experience working in the field of Customer Technology - you should have 3+ years of working experience in a professional environment in the field of Customer Technology (e.g. working on projects related to CDPs, Web/Product Analytics, Personalization, CRM, Marketing Automation, E-commerce platforms or customer service applications) and at least 1+ year hands on experience on GenAI topics
- Language proficiency - English fluency is required; Dutch proficiency is a plus.
