Reporting to the DMS Team Leader, this role will play a key part in ensuring the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of our iManage Document Management System.Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of a variety of iManage-related projects, enhancements, and support requests.
- Stay up to date with upcoming iManage features, releases, known issues, and security advisories, ensuring appropriate communication and action.
- Monitor system health, identify performance bottlenecks, and optimise all aspects of the DMS environment.
- Lead awareness and training initiatives to promote best practice and increase adoption across the firm.
- Maintain high levels of customer service through consistent engagement with business stakeholders.
- Liaise with external vendors to ensure timely resolution of issues and proactive maintenance.
Requirements
- Advanced SQL Server querying skills are essential, ideally with hands-on experience working within iManage database environments.
This includes writing complex queries for analysis, troubleshooting, performance optimisation, and supporting DMS-related reporting and data integrity activities.Technical & Professional Skills
- Strong technical expertise in iManage Work (versions 9.x and 10).
- Experience managing third-party relationships and overseeing SLAs.
- Background working in an ITIL-aligned support environment, particularly around change, release, and problem management.
- Proven ability to design, present, and implement improvements to systems and infrastructure.
- Experience with system housekeeping, administration tasks, and adherence to internal controls and security standards.
- Able to support business users and technical teams and communicate confidently at all levels.
