Job description
- Translate ideas and business requirements into wireframes and interactive prototypes using Figma, supporting the development of customer-facing and internal digital products.
- Design intuitive digital experiences aligned with established brand and design systems, ensuring consistency across web and application interfaces.
- Create conceptual designs, information architecture and user journeys to support innovative digital solutions within the healthcare environment.
- Conduct usability reviews and heuristic analyses across existing digital platforms to identify opportunities for UX improvement.
- Audit applications for accessibility compliance (WCAG 2.1 AA) and recommend improvements to meet usability and compliance standards.
- Collaborate with software engineers, product owners and business stakeholders to embed design thinking throughout the product development lifecycle.
Requirements
- Degree in Human Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, User Experience, Visual Communication, Digital Media or a related discipline, or equivalent industry experience.
- Strong experience designing UX/UI solutions across web, mobile or enterprise applications.
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma, including component libraries, design systems and prototyping.
- Strong understanding of accessibility standards including WCAG 2.1 and digital design best practices.
