- Proven experience in an IT Manager or similar leadership role.
- Strong technical knowledge across IT infrastructure, networks, and systems administration.
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, cloud technologies, and cybersecurity best practices.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong knowledge of data protection and IT compliance requirements. Desirable:
- Relevant professional certifications (eg, ITIL, Microsoft Certified, CompTIA, Prince2).
- Experience managing IT projects from inception to delivery.
- Knowledge of ERP systems or other business-critical software.
