Windows & EUC Support Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Windows & End-User Computing (EUC) Support Engineer with strong expertise in managing and supporting Windows environments, modern endpoint devices, and Microsoft 365 services. The ideal candidate will bring over 7 years of hands-on experience delivering high-quality technical support, troubleshooting complex issues, and managing policies within enterprise environments., * Provide excellent Windows support for end users, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and service requests.

• Manage and support EUC devices, including laptops, desktops, and related peripherals.
• Administer, configure, and troubleshoot Windows 11 operating systems.
• Create, manage, and maintain Group Policy Objects (GPO) to enforce security and configuration standards.
• Support and administer Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, and device management features.
