You will collaborate with product owners, developers, analysts and stakeholders across the university to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions that meet UCL's business needs.You will lead the technical roadmap for the platform, ensuring that developments align with UCL's enterprise architecture standards. You'll take responsibility for DevOps practices, including release automation, source control, testing and operational support. You'll also contribute to service improvements, ensuring the reliability, performance and data quality of our CRM systems.About you You will bring deep technical knowledge of Dynamics 365 architecture, solution design and development standards, with experience in DevOps, automated

A strong understanding of Azure and cloud technologies will also be highly valued.You'll be a confident communicator, able to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences and build trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Experience leading teams, mentoring others, and managing operational support will help you thrive in this role.Experience of working with Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Marketing modules is essential, as is substantial experience working with Power Platform components.
