We're looking for a CRM Application Support Specialist to join our technology team on a fixed-term basis. This is a hands-on technical role responsible for supporting our CRM platform, managing role-based security, overseeing environment management, and ensuring secure and efficient deployment pipelines.You'll play a key part in maintaining the stability, security, and performance of our CRM systems and their integrations across multiple environments (Dev, Test, UAT, Production). Working closely with our implementation partner, developers, infrastructure teams, and business stakeholders, you'll help ensure a reliable and compliant CRM ecosystem.

About You Significant experience supporting and maintaining CRM platforms (e.G., Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce) Strong understanding of application security, identity management, and environment controls Experience with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code and configuration management principles Skilled in troubleshooting deployments, integrations, and performance issues Good understanding of data governance and compliance frameworks (GDPR, ISO27001, etc.)* Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication abilities
