Job description
- Manage infrastructure support tickets (servers, network, systems) via Jira
- Provide on-site Level 1 support for local employees
- Deliver advanced Level 2 technical support and escalation for all sites
- Act as the main point of contact with infrastructure service providers
- Install and deploy new workstations
- Manage the IT asset lifecycle (inventory, renewal, recycling)
Key Duties
- Handle Level 2 incidents (network, servers, systems) and coordinate interventions
- Local support: installation, troubleshooting, and user training
- IT asset management: specifications, ordering, inventory, deployment, and warranty tracking
Requirements
- Administration of Windows Server (2016/2019/2022), Active Directory, Exchange 2016, Office 365, and Citrix
- Networking knowledge: TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, WiFi, VLAN, FortiGate
- Proficiency in Jira, intermediate PowerShell, and SQL Management Studio
- Experience in user support and IT asset management
Desired Profile
- Higher education in IT (Bachelor's degree, HES, Federal Diploma, or equivalent)
- 2-4 years of technical support experience
- Native French speaker
- English: C1 level
