Job description

  • Manage infrastructure support tickets (servers, network, systems) via Jira
  • Provide on-site Level 1 support for local employees
  • Deliver advanced Level 2 technical support and escalation for all sites
  • Act as the main point of contact with infrastructure service providers
  • Install and deploy new workstations
  • Manage the IT asset lifecycle (inventory, renewal, recycling)

Key Duties

  • Handle Level 2 incidents (network, servers, systems) and coordinate interventions
  • Local support: installation, troubleshooting, and user training
  • IT asset management: specifications, ordering, inventory, deployment, and warranty tracking

Requirements

  • Administration of Windows Server (2016/2019/2022), Active Directory, Exchange 2016, Office 365, and Citrix
  • Networking knowledge: TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, WiFi, VLAN, FortiGate
  • Proficiency in Jira, intermediate PowerShell, and SQL Management Studio
  • Experience in user support and IT asset management

Desired Profile

  • Higher education in IT (Bachelor's degree, HES, Federal Diploma, or equivalent)
  • 2-4 years of technical support experience
  • Native French speaker
  • English: C1 level
