Oracle DDA Specialist - Short-term advisory - Geneva

We are looking for a seasoned Oracle Fusion ERP Consultant for a strategic, short-term advisory engagement. Our client is currently in the midst of a major Finance ERP migration, moving from SAP to Oracle Fusion.

The primary focus of this role is to provide an expert "second opinion" on the current design and transition strategy to ensure a seamless shift between ecosystems.

The Scope of Work

• DDA Review: Conduct a comprehensive review of the Detailed Design Analysis (DDA) output.
• Gap Analysis & Overlay: Critically evaluate the existing SAP-based processes and "overlay" them onto Oracle Fusion functionality. You will ensure that what worked in SAP is properly translated (not just copied) to optimize Oracle's native capabilities.
• Quality Assurance: Provide high-level functional validation to ensure the proposed Oracle configuration meets business requirements and industry best practices.

Do you have experience in SAP?, * Oracle Fusion Expertise: Deep functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP (Finance modules).

• Vendor Onboarding: Ideally, you are already onboarded with Oracle/major system integrators to allow for an immediate start.
• The "SAP Bridge": Ability to understand SAP process logic and map it effectively to Oracle Fusion.
• Strategic Mindset: This is a "review and advise" role rather than a heavy build/configuration role. You must be able to spot risks in design documents quickly.
