• Own the full product experience: Build customer-facing features from database design through beautiful, responsive frontends that users actually love using.
• Architect for scale: Design robust, scalable systems that handle complex workflows and large datasets while maintaining excellent performance and developer experience.

You will be working closely with (CTO) and (CPO) who prioritize developer experience over premature optimization.We prioritize speed: instant deploys, no infra headaches, and developer velocity over cost. AI is baked into everything-engineers spend above €500 per month for AI tools like Cursor Background-Agents and Claude Code. Join us!QualifikationThis is the perfect role for a full-stack engineer who wants to join an early-stage company and build a product that transforms how an entire industry operates.Must-Haves:

• C1 fluency in German - You'll be building interfaces for German construction professionals and need to understand industry terminology to create intuitive user experiences.
• 2+ years full-stack experience with TypeScript and React/Next.js - You can build complex, responsive frontends and robust backend APIs without getting stuck on framework fundamentals.
• Database design and optimization skills - You've designed schemas, optimized queries, and handled complex data relationships. Construction workflows generate intricate, interconnected data.
• API design expertise - You've built and consumed RESTful APIs, handled authentication, rate limiting, and know how to design interfaces that scale with the business.
• Startup shipping velocity - You move from feedback to deployed features in days, making fast architectural decisions and iterating quickly.
• Product mindset - You think like a user first, engineer second. You can talk to customers, understand their workflows, and build solutions that feel intuitive.

Bonus Points:

• Previous startup experience - especially early employees who wore multiple hats
• Domain experience in construction, manufacturing, or complex B2B workflows
• Strong design sense - can create clean, usable interfaces without needing detailed mockups
• Experience in integrating AI - comfortable working alongside AI features, even if you're not building the AI itself
