Job description
We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking/SAP HR Consultant to lead the end-to-end implementation and configuration of SAP Time Tracking and Consolidated Time Recording (CTR) solutions within a large enterprise environment., * Deliver SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking implementations end-to-end
- Design Consolidated Time Recording (CTR) frameworks and global templates
- Configure Time Valuations, Time Types, Work Schedules, Holiday Calendars and Time Accounts
- Integrate Time Tracking with Employee Central, Payroll (ECP) and third-party systems
- Facilitate workshops and produce functional specifications and documentation
Requirements
- Strong SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking/SAP HR Time Management experience
- Knowledge of CTR frameworks and payroll integration
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and consulting skills
