• Lead transition of a managed services model into a QDC-compliant operating and governance framework.
• Translate QDC/SSRO requirements into practical and achievable delivery changes.
• Define and manage programme scope, milestones, risks, dependencies and success criteria.
• Support target operating model design across people, process, controls and approvals.
• Coordinate stakeholders across Finance, Commercial, Delivery, Security, Architecture and Operations.
