• Planung, Steuerung und Koordination mehrerer paralleler Kundenprojekte im Rahmen eines strukturierten Multi-Project-Managements
• Verantwortung für die erfolgreiche Implementierung unserer Softwarelösungen bei Neukunden - von der Projektplanung bis zum reibungslosen Go-Live inkl. Risiko- und Eskalationsmanagement
• Zentrale Ansprechperson für Kund:innen und Stakeholder während der gesamten Projektphase sowie Unterstützung von Change-Management-Aktivitäten beim Kunden
• Professionelle Nutzung von Projektmanagement-Tools sowie Sicherstellung der Einhaltung interner Delivery- und Qualitätsprozesse
• Erstellung regelmäßiger Statusberichte für Management und Kund:innen sowie kontinuierliche Optimierung unserer Delivery-Abläufe und Projektmethodik

• ein abgeschlossenes (informations-)technisches Studium oder vergleichbare Berufsausbildung
• Erfahrung in der Leitung und Umsetzung von komplexen Projekten im Software- oder IT-Umfeld und im Multi-Projektmanagement
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse in der (Health-) Informationstechnologie
• Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Freude am Kundenkontakt
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Reisebereitschaft (teilweise auch international) und Flexibilität, insbesondere in Projekt- und Echtstartphasen
