Step into a pivotal leadership role where you will shape the future of how our Grid Technologies Product Management (GT PRM) team function works. As the Global Head of Taskforce Agile Transformation, you will lead and inspire a dedicated team to roll out and embed our agile operating model across PRM, ensuring adoption is fully aligned with our overarching business objectives. Reporting directly to the Vice President - Global Head of Product Management, you'll be the catalyst for a cultural shift-instilling collaboration, breaking down silos, and promoting transparency and innovation. Every day, your work will transform ways of working, enable faster value delivery, and prepare our teams for the challenges of tomorrow.
How You'll Make an Impact
- Own the definition, deployment, and continuous improvement of the Agile Operating Model for PRM, including governance, cadence, workflows, and supporting toolchains.
- Lead and develop a high-performing Agile Transformation Office, empowering the team to accelerate adoption and build long-term organizational capabilities.
- Design, roll out, and embed the Agile Operating Model in full alignment with Siemens Energy's strategic objectives, ensuring consistency and scalability across PRM.
- Launch, enable and mature Agile Release Trains (ARTs) through leadership coaching, structure training and facilitation and coordinated cross functional support.
- Ensure ARTs deliver measurable outcomes-including predictability, flow efficiency, reduced handovers, faster decision cycles, and improved value delivery.
- Strengthen decentralized ART execution, promoting operational excellence and enabling teams to make decisions where the knowledge resides.
- Establish performance metrics and conduct regular health assessments, using data driven insights to steer continuous improvement and transparency.
- Agile principles through senior-leader coaching, change champions, targeted interventions, and scalable communication mechanisms.
- Break down organizational silos, fostering collaboration, trust, and shared ownership across product management, engineering, factories, digital, and supporting functions.
- Promote a culture of innovation, transparency and continuous learning, ensuring PRM evolves into a high performing, adaptive and outcome-driven organization.
Requirements
Do you have experience in SAFe?, Do you have a Master's degree?, * Hold a Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, Industrial Engineering, or Information Systems.
- Agile-related certifications (SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), PMI-ACP, or equivalent)
- Proven leadership experience in guiding Agile transformations across large, complex organizations.
- Deep expertise in Agile frameworks (e.g., SAFe, LACE) and Agile Release Train implementation.
- Strong facilitation, coaching, and training skills to empower teams and leaders.
- Ability to create alignment between Agile practices and strategic business objectives.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a talent for building trust across diverse stakeholders.
