Software Engineer Core Solutions

• Development and enhancement of our in-house system for Air & Sea Logistics
• Use of development methodologies such as domain-driven design and agile development following Scrum and Kanban
• Creation of technical documentation and test scenarios
• Design and development of database concepts, batch programs and front-end applications based on business requirements
• Independent execution of requirements through to implementation readiness, as well as close collaboration with our requirements engineers and the business departments

• Degree in computer science, training as an IT specialist or sound relevant professional experience
• A solid methodological understanding of software development, as well as strong proficiency in Java and Angular are mandatory
• Familiarity with tools such as IntelliJ, Eclipse, Visual Studio, Maven, GitLab and the Atlassian tools Jira and Confluence is a plus
• Enjoyment of teamwork and diverse tasks with opportunities for growth in full-stack development, web services / backend and various domains
• Independent, solution-oriented and quality-conscious approach to thinking and working
• Good knowledge of English
