This is a full-time hybrid role where you will be working from our office in The Hague, Netherlands, with presence in our Zaventem office in Belgium where needed. Working part-time can be discussed with a minimum of 32 hours per week. Role Overview As Cyber Resilience Sales & Consultant you will work closely with the Head of Cyber Resilience in Benelux, the local Cyber Underwriting team, as well as brokers and customers. The responsibilities of this position are centered on two key areas: business development & sales and advising our customers. Your expertise will contribute to the development of Zurich Resilience Solutions as a trusted brand in the cyber resilience risk solutions space., Sales and Business Development:
- You are responsible for sales of the Cyber Services offering of Zurich Resilience Solutions (ZRS).
- Actively hunt and pursue new customers outside of the existing insurance portfolio.
- Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline, independently and in collaboration with internal teams, to consistently exceed targets and close new business.
- Represent Zurich Resilience Solutions at cybersecurity events.
- Support business development activities, including preparing and presenting compelling proposals.
Advisory and delivery:
- Leading cybersecurity advisory meetings and providing cybersecurity training to clients.
- Supporting customers with IT security maturity levels, cyber risk management, risk mitigation, and strategy development.
- Conducting cyber risk analyses and consulting on information security governance for various industries is an essential part of your work.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Sales?, * Proven success in proactively winning new business and selling cyber services, including pre-sales experience.
- Ability to network confidently and build trust across all levels of an organization, from operational teams to C-level executives.
- Deep knowledge in cybersecurity governance, risk, compliance, and in defining and implementing information security standards, processes, and procedures.
- Experience with assessment frameworks, directives and regulations like NIST, ISO 27001, COBIT, CIS, NIS2, DORA, and data protection laws like GDPR.
- Fluency in Dutch and English is required, fluency in French is helpful.
- Certifications CISM, CISSP or CISA are helpful.
- Experience in cyber insurance is a plus.
