Cyber Specialist (UKI)

• Providing cutting-edge cyber solutions in real-time operational mission environments
• Collaborating with a team to address complex problems using the latest innovations
• Ensuring that all security protocols and national security expectations are met
• Adapting to different and conflicting cultures to translate technical requirements
• Demonstrating proactive initiative in high-pressure situations

• Contributing to the development of digital technology and cyber security strategies

• Experience as a Cyber Architect or Cyber Engineer
• Strong background in IT Cyber Security and Cyber Security
• Understanding of national security expectations and personal security behaviours
• Excellent self-awareness and cultural adaptability
• Ability to work effectively within a collaborative and mission-focused team
• A good awareness of digital technology, cyber security, and UK cyber strategy
• A proactive approach and the ability to take carefully judged initiatives

Desirable Experience:

• Experience working in a national security environment
• Defence experience or similar mission-driven environments
• Prior experience of cyber operations
• Understanding of synthetic environments, modelling, and simulation
• Previous war gaming experience
