ERP Project Leader

Do you have experience in SharePoint?, * Experience working with ERP systems as an analyst (SAP or similar)

• Confident with Power BI and Excel - you build dashboards, not just consume them
• Comfortable in MS 365, including SharePoint
• Good communicator who can translate system-speak into plain English
• Degree or equivalent practical experience

Good to know:

You'll be working in a fast-paced, 24/7 operation - aviation doesn't stop, and neither do we. There's some travel involved across UK & Ireland sites (roughly 30%), so flexibility helps.

We're gategroup, one of the world's largest airline catering companies, and we're looking for a Project Leader - ERP & Projects to join our Operations Planning & Controlling team at our head office on the Surrey/London borders. What you'll be doing: You'll be the person who bridges the gap between our ERP systems (bespoke inhouse) and the people who rely on them every day - building dashboards in Power BI, working with data in Excel, and helping the business make sense of it all. Think reporting, analysis, system improvements, and the odd project to tidy up how things work. Day to day that looks like: maintaining ERP workflows, building and improving Power BI dashboards, supporting teams across Commercial, Finance and Operations, and helping roll out smarter ways of working across our UK & Ireland sites.
