Exchange (Online and On-Prem) - strong understanding and hands-on experience.
Intune & SCCM - non-negotiable; needs solid operational and design-level experience.
Windows Client management - migrations, upgrades (especially Windows 10 - 11).
Azure Virtual Desktop - implementation and administration experience.
Microsoft 365 suite - Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Purview, and Security
