NextLink is having an existing position as a Project leader in Brussels area, Belgium.General information:- Start date: ASAP- Duration: 12 months renewable- Workload: full time (2 days on site 3 days remote)- Work location: Brussels area, BelgiumDescription:The candidate will work within the Program Management Life Department in the team Life DigitalSolutions.This team is in charge of Life digital projects, including driving the adoption and implementation of artificial intelligence solutions within our business line. This includes defining a comprehensive roadmap in alignment with internal stakeholders, ensuring the successful deployment, monitoring, and evaluation of these initiatives in collaboration with the central competence center. ITcolleagues is "a must"; reconciling divergent interests is a challenge.We are looking for a versatile and autonomous AI Solutions Analyst & Engineer to lead the deliveryof GenAI-powered projects, including the development of an enterprise-grade chatbot using LLMtechnologies. This hybrid role combines business analysis, prompt engineering, and hands-on AI solution design.The ideal candidate can capture and translate business requirements, design and refine LLMbased workflows, collaborate with our internal AI Center of Expertise, and drive projects end-to-end-fromdiscovery and solution definition to testing, rollout, and continuous improvement.Profile:

Master degree

Experience in a combination of Business Analysis, Digital Product Delivery, or Solution
Engineering, including at least 2 years working with GenAI/LLM-based solutions.
- Demonstrated experience delivering conversational AI or chatbot solutions end-to-end
(discovery * build * test * rollout), ideally in a regulated environment.
- Proven ability to design and iterate prompts, RAG pipelines, and evaluation frameworks, and to
collaborate with an internal AI Center of Expertise (data/ML/architecture/security).
- Hands-on experience translating business requirements into functional specs and executable
backlog items, plus defining and executing LLM test strategies (golden set, regression, safetytests).

Experience operating in Agile environments, with autonomy to plan, execute, and report progress

Understand operational workflows and constraints; design solutions that fit real usage

Documentation and knowledge transfer: playbooks, training materials, runbooks

Agile delivery practices (backlog management, user stories, acceptance criteria)

Define testing strategy, execute and coordinate user testing

Designing test suites for LLM solutions: golden sets, regression tests, adversarial prompts

Defining evaluation metrics (accuracy proxies, groundedness, response quality rubrics)

Logging/monitoring: prompt/response traces, latency, cost, quality signals
