We are expanding our Digital Solution Advisory team for Human Capital Management (HCM) to enhance our services in the Middle and Eastern European region, including Germany, Switzerland, Austria, as well as various Eastern European countries. Job Profil
As a Digital Solution Advisor, you'll act as a subject matter expert of our SAP SuccessFactors Suite. You'll engage directly with potential customers and partners, demonstrating how our solutions create real business value. Working closely with SAP sales teams and partners, your goal is to guide these conversations toward successful deal closures., * Delivering creative and remarkable customer presentations

Showcasing SAP solutions addressing customers' specific business requirements

Assessing customer priorities and transformation strategies to shape the optimal solution

Responding to RfX inquiries within set deadlines

Involving partners into opportunities and backing them to sell effectively

Generating digital content for business development campaigns and delivering webinars

Creating scalable digital content and best practices for consistent and efficient advisory services
Requirements
-
2+ years in customer-facing roles such as consulting, presales or in product-expert roles such as product/solution management or alternatively an HR business expert role

Strong foundation of SAP SuccessFactors (or a similar Human Experience Management solution) or alternatively HR functional and process knowledge with a specialization in at least one of the following areas:

HR Core & Organizational Management
- Payroll
- Time Tracking, + Smart Recruiters
- HR Reportung and Analytics

Fluency in German and English is a must for advising our clients

Strong presentation and communication skills

Strong motivation to continuously learn about new technical innovations and expand HR expertise

Solid grounding in SAP's solution portfolio, partners, markets, and competition is a plus

Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, computer science, or a related field, though degrees of equivalent experience are welcomed
