Job description

Leidos is seeking an experienced Operations Support Analyst to enable intelligence operations across the EUCOM theater. This role directly supports the integration of ISR capabilities into coalition intelligence architectures, advances multinational intelligence-sharing initiatives, and contributes to operational planning with NATO and allied partners.

This position reports to the Director of PdM Space Superiority and represents TENCAP equities across the EUCOM AOR-driving interoperability, system integration, and mission alignment with coalition forces.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Serve as the senior SME for theater operational support activities across EUCOM.
  • Advise senior leaders on the complexities of integrating and fielding new ISR and mission-enabling capabilities into theater operations.
  • Support coordination of all organize, train, and equip (OT&E) activities for GRID IV capabilities and associated field units.
  • Act as a key stakeholder in major planning, engineering, and operational support forums.
  • Coordinate with NATO and coalition intelligence organizations to advance interoperability and shared mission objectives.
  • Assist in developing intelligence workflows supporting multinational operations and exercises.
  • Participate in mission planning activities and operational events with allied partners.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience, OR Master's and 6+ years, OR Associate's and 10+ years.
  • An additional 4+ years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Degree must be in Physical Science, Computer Science, Information Science, or a related scientific discipline.
  • Five years of related DoD, Military, or US Government related experience
  • Active Top Secret/SCI clearance.
  • Extensive experience supporting operational support activities and OT&E functions.
  • Demonstrated ability to serve as a senior technical authority, operations expert, and trusted advisor in complex, multinational mission environments.
  • Proven experience working with coalition partners, NATO organizations, or joint intelligence structures is highly desirable.
