Job description
As a Software-Developer C++/Qt (m/f/d) is your mission to assist the SIMULIA Motion R&D team with implementing new features and fixing bugs in Simpack, a leading mutlibody simulation tool. In this role you collaborate with other developers, UX designers and QA locally in Gilching as well as worldwide across the company and you assist in maintaining our DevOps landscape and CI/CD pipelines.
Responsibilities:
- Define, implement, test and maintain new features in Simpack
- Ensure that the highest code quality to comply with Dassault Systèmes standards
- Implementing User Interfaces and connecting with underlying data model and solver
- Creating and updating automated and unit tests
- Maintaining our pipelines and DevOps tools
Qualifications:
- Degree in computer science with more than 5 years' experience as Software Developer working with C++ 17 or later
- Experience with coding and debugging issues on both Windows and Linux
- Familiar with industry standard processes and tools for continuous integration, source code version control, build management, compile and linkage
- Profound experience also wrt. administrating and maintaining tools like: Docker, Jenkins or gitlab
- High oral & written communication skills in English language, German language skills are a plus
- Experience with 2D and 3D graphics development is a plus
