Job Title: Analyst - SailPoint IGA Engineer Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands Experience: 4-6 Years Duration: 6 Months Start Date: ASAP Role Overview: We are looking for a skilled IGA Engineer with hands-on experience in SailPoint and identity governance solutions. The role focuses on implementing and supporting identity lifecycle processes, building integrations, automating workflows, and strengthening enterprise IAM capabilities. Key Responsibilities:

Implement, configure, and maintain IGA solutions such as SailPoint, Saviynt, or IBM ISIM.

Develop and optimize identity lifecycle workflows, provisioning, and deprovisioning processes.

Build and maintain integrations with HR systems, directories, applications, and downstream platforms.

Automate IAM processes using scripting tools such as PowerShell or Python.

Support access certification campaigns and ensure compliance with RBAC and governance policies.

Troubleshoot platform issues, debug workflows, and perform root-cause analysis.

Work closely with security, application, and infrastructure teams to deliver identity solutions.

Strong hands-on experience with SailPoint.

Good understanding of identity lifecycle management and RBAC.

Experience with access certification and governance processes.

Scripting knowledge for automation and integration tasks.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Good to Have:

Experience with Saviynt or IBM ISIM.

Knowledge of APIs, connectors, and identity integrations.

Familiarity with IAM domains such as SSO, MFA, and PAM.

Exposure to Azure AD / Entra ID and large enterprise environments.
