Job description
- Remote working.
- Travel required to customer sites across the South of the UK when needed.
- Conduct wireless site surveys for enterprise and industrial environments.
- Design high-performance wireless network solutions based on survey results.
- Work closely with customers to understand requirements and environment constraints.
- Produce detailed wireless design documentation and reports.
- Stage and prepare equipment prior to deployments.
- Support implementation activities when required alongside field engineers.
- Provide technical input during pre-sales and solution discussions.
- Ensure wireless deployments are optimised for performance, coverage, and reliability.
Requirements
Skills / Must have:
- Strong experience performing wireless network surveys.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Ekahau (preferred), Hamina, or AirMagnet.
- Experience designing wireless networks within enterprise or industrial environments.
- Strong understanding of Wi-Fi design principles and RF behaviour.
- Ability to confidently engage with customers during surveys and design discussions.
- Strong documentation and reporting skills., ECSE certification Aruba wireless certifications Experience working in warehouse or large industrial environments.
