Job description

As a Project Manager: SAP HANA, you will lead SAP HANA implementation projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring successful implementation of SAP HANA solutions that meet business objectives. You will manage cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Manage SAP HANA Projects: Develop and execute project plans, resource allocation, and budget management to ensure successful implementation of SAP HANA solutions.
  • Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Coordinate and lead teams, including SAP HANA consultants, IT, and business stakeholders, to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Gather requirements, identify project scope, and define project deliverables to ensure SAP HANA solutions meet business objectives and customer needs.
  • Ensure Quality Assurance: Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, and deadlines, and ensure quality assurance and testing of SAP HANA solutions.
  • Manage Vendor Relationships: Manage vendor relationships and contracts to ensure successful project delivery Required education Bachelor's Degree Required technical and professional expertise

Requirements

  • SAP HANA Implementation Experience: Experience with managing large-scale SAP HANA implementation projects, ensuring successful implementation of SAP HANA solutions that meet business objectives.

  • Project Management Methodologies: Experience in applying project management methodologies to develop and execute project plans, resource allocation, and budget management.

  • Cross-Functional Team Leadership: Experience in leading and coordinating cross-functional teams, including SAP HANA consultants, IT, and business stakeholders, to deliver projects on time and within budget.

  • SAP HANA Product Knowledge: Strong understanding of SAP HANA products and their applications in business environments.

  • Risk Management and Quality Assurance: Experience in identifying and mitigating project risks, issues, and dependencies, and ensuring quality assurance and testing of SAP HANA solutions. Preferred technical and professional experience

  • SAP HANA Cloud Experience: Experience with SAP HANA cloud-based solutions, including deployment and integration with existing systems.

  • Agile Project Management: Experience in applying agile project management methodologies to SAP HANA implementation projects, ensuring flexibility and adaptability in project delivery.
