Our Data Science team is at the core of our innovation. With access to a unique dataset of millions of daily user sessions across 20,000+ hotel websites, we develop high-value innovations in ML/AI domains including:
- User behavior prediction
- NLP

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, or similar.
- 3+ years of industry experience applying machine learning techniques.
- Strong technical skills in Python and core ML libraries (pandas, numpy, scikit-learn, TensorFlow/Keras or PyTorch, matplotlib, seaborn, FastAPI).
- Proven experience in end-to-end data science project execution - from ideation and planning to implementation, evaluation, and delivery.
- Strong theoretical and practical understanding of Machine Learning and statistics.
- Hands-on, resourceful, self-motivated, and creative attitude.
Nice to have:
- Experience with Airflow DAGs, Apache Kafka, AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Linux, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with managing and processing large datasets.
- Hands-on experience with Deep Learning, deploying RAGs and agentic workflows in production.
- Understanding of production best practices: code reviews, testing, documentation, and long-term maintenance.
- Master's Degree in a relevant field is a plus.
