Job description

Informatica MDM - CAI Developer - 6 months+- NL

For a leading organisation, we are looking for an experienced Informatica MDM - CAI (Customer 360 API Integration) Developer, responsible for designing and developing integration services, orchestrating APIs, enabling Real Time and batch data flows, and supporting Customer 360 implementations within a modern cloud environment.

Then this is an exciting assignment within a technically advanced and data-driven environment.

What you will do

. Develop integration services for Informatica MDM/Customer 360 using Cloud Application Integration (CAI) . Build orchestrations, APIs, and microservices to interact with Customer 360, IDMC, and downstream systems . Configure MDM components such as Base Objects, XREFs, match/merge rules, trust rules, workflows . Design and develop CAI processes, event-based flows, and API-led integrations . Implement REST/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML transformations, async and sync messaging . Build interfaces between Customer 360 and external systems using REST, web services, messaging, IICS mappings, and tasks . Collaborate with architects, data engineers, and business stakeholders on integration design and data flows . Troubleshoot integration issues, performance bottlenecks, and API failures . Build and maintain monitoring, logging, alerting, and documentation for integrations . Support UAT, deployments, and post-production operational stability

Knock-out criteria (mandatory)

Candidates must meet all of the following requirements:

. 3-7 years of experience with Informatica MDM/Customer 360 (cloud or on-prem) . Strong hands-on experience with Informatica Cloud Application Integration (CAI) . Expertise with REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML, XSLT, and API orchestration . Strong understanding of MDM fundamentals: match/merge, trust rules, survivorship, hierarchy management . Experience with IICS (Cloud Data Integration, API Manager, CI/CD, process automation) . Skilled in SQL and data transformation logic . Experience integrating with CRM (eg, Salesforce), ERP (SAP/Oracle), or other customer-facing platforms . Able to work onsite in Utrecht 1 day per week . Full-time availability (no freelancers, part time, or moonlighting candidates allowed)
