Job description

IoT PowerX Technologies Ltd. is seeking a skilled and customer-focused Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Bangor. In this role, you will provide technical assistance to clients, troubleshoot issues related to IoT systems and digital platforms, and ensure smooth operation of our services. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving and working in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to customers via email, phone, or support platforms
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and IoT-related issues
  • Assist with installation, configuration, and maintenance of systems
  • Maintain accurate records of support cases and resolutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues

Requirements

Do you have experience in Technical support?, * Previous experience in technical support, IT helpdesk, or related roles preferred

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Basic knowledge of IT systems, networks, and troubleshooting techniques
  • Familiarity with IoT devices or platforms is an advantage
  • Legal right to work in the United Kingdom
