Job description
We're looking for a commercially minded Head of Digital to lead and scale our digital function. This is a high impact role combining strategic ownership with hands on performance oversight across paid media, SEO, CRM, ecommerce, and digital platforms.
You'll define and deliver the digital roadmap, manage internal teams and agency partners, and drive measurable growth across acquisition, engagement, and revenue. Acting as a key link between marketing, product, and commercial teams, you'll bring clarity, innovation, and accountability to all digital activity., * Own and deliver the digital marketing strategy aligned to business goals
- Lead performance across paid search, paid social, SEO, CRO, and email
- Oversee ecommerce, CRM, and lead generation platforms
- Manage budgets, media allocation, and channel performance
- Build, track, and optimise KPIs across acquisition, retention, and ROI
- Identify growth opportunities across channels, tech, and partnerships
- Lead and develop internal teams and external partners
- Present performance insights to senior stakeholders
Requirements
Do you have experience in Marketing?, * 6-10 years' experience in digital, marketing, or ecommerce leadership
- Strong track record managing teams and/or agencies
- Deep knowledge of digital channels, tools, and best practices
- Commercial mindset with strong analytical and decision-making skills
- Confident with platforms such as GA4, HubSpot/Salesforce, Shopify/Magento
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
