Job description

Experienced Infrastructure & Platform Services Delivery Leader to provide the delivery, stability, and continuous improvement of enterprise infrastructure and platform services. This role is responsible for ensuring secure, resilient, and high-performing environments across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid platforms. This role reports into Global Vice President Technology Service Delivery and is based in London, Battersea.

The successful candidate will combine strong technical and practical expertise with operational leadership, service governance, project management and stakeholder management.

What You'll Do

Service Delivery & Operations

Own delivery of EUS, infrastructure and platform services (compute, storage, network, cloud, middleware and end user services).

Ensure high availability, performance, and reliability of enterprise platforms.

Manage SLAs, KPIs, and service reporting.

Lead incident, problem, and change management processes.

Drive continuous service improvement initiatives including AI

Oversee cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

Oversee backup, resilience, and business continuity strategies.

Security & Compliance

Ensure infrastructure adheres to cybersecurity policies and regulatory requirements.

Partner with security teams to implement monitoring, vulnerability management

Oversee backup, resilience, and business continuity strategies.

Vendor & Financial Management

Direct managed service providers and third-party vendors.

Oversee infrastructure budgets and cost control initiatives.

Assist in contract and performance reviews.

Team Leadership

Direct and develop end user services teams

Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and operational excellence.

Requirements

Do you have experience in WAN?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or relevant experience

8-12 years of experience in EUS, IT infrastructure and platform services

2-5 years leading and developing high performing technical teams

Proven experience managing enterprise-scale infrastructure operations.

Practical Experience and knowledge of: Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

Virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V)

Enterprise networking experience (Cisco and SD Wan a plus)

Windows Server Administration

M365 Administration

Intune

Jamf

Monitoring and ITSM tools (JIra/JSM Ops,ServiceNow, etc.

Experience with ITIL-based service management.

Preferred Qualifications

ITIL certification

Cloud certifications (AWS/Azure/GCP)

Experience in GDPR/SOX regulated or large enterprise environments

Experience with AIOPS implementations

Backup and Recovery

AIOps

Security fundamentals

Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills.
