Assist in the design and detailing of manufacturing tooling, fixtures, jigs, and gauges as a Graduate Design Engineer + Create and update 2D drawings and 3D CAD models in line with engineering standards + Support senior engineers with tooling concepts, revisions, and updates + Participate in design reviews and implement feedback to improve functionality and manufacturability + Maintain accurate engineering documentation and drawings + Assist with basic analysis and troubleshooting of tooling fit and usability + Collaborate with manufacturing and engineering teams to ensure tooling meets production requirements + Follow established engineering procedures and design guidelines

Are you a recent engineering graduate looking to start your career in mechanical design and manufacturing? We are seeking a Graduate Design Engineer to join a dynamic engineering team designing manufacturing tooling, fixtures, and jigs for complex mechanical products. This is an excellent opportunity for a Graduate Design Engineer to gain hands-on experience in CAD modelling, tooling design, and practical engineering under the guidance of experienced engineers., Post-secondary degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related discipline + Ideally, candidates will have completed a year in industry or an internship relevant to engineering/design + Working knowledge of CAD drafting and 3D modelling + Strong attention to detail and accuracy in drawings and layouts + Logical and structured approach to problem-solving + Good verbal and written communication skills + Enthusiastic, eager to learn, and open to feedback, Gain hands-on experience in tooling and fixture design for mechanical products + Work in a collaborative, supportive environment with experienced engineers + Opportunity to develop technical skills and grow within the company If you re a Graduate Design Engineer or early-career engineer looking to gain practical experience in CAD design and manufacturing tooling, and ideally have completed an internship or year in industry, we want to hear from you.
