Job description

We are looking for reinforcement for our service desk. You support our users in all matters related to IT systems and infrastructure (clinical information system, hospital specialist applications, MS Office, printers, etc.). You receive requests and problems in our service desk, process them, or forward them to the downstream specialist departments. The position is initially limited to 1 year with the option of extension. Start immediately or by arrangement., * Locating, narrowing down, and resolving IT disruptions (1st-level support and 2nd-level support)

  • Supporting hospital staff with hardware and software concerns (on-site and remote)
  • Maintaining and updating IT documentation as well as end-user manuals
  • Participation in IT projects in the clinical environment

Requirements

  • Completed training as an IT specialist EFZ or ICT specialist EFZ and/or further education in the field of IT
  • Experience in IT support, ideally in healthcare
  • First experience in application support is an advantage
  • Good German skills in spoken and written form
