Job description

As a Conversion Analyst (m/f/d), you turn complex data into clear insights that directly improve conversion performance and drive business decisions. You help build a reliable, connected data landscape and enable teams across Trusted Shops to optimize funnels, run experiments, and execute strategic initiatives with confidence.
Your responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and optimize conversion-focused dashboards across business funnels and customer journeys (e.g. payment, cancellation)
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and clear metric definitions across reports and tools
- Act as a central point of contact for data-related questions, supporting stakeholders with interpretation and validation
- Analyze user behavior, segments, funnels, and lifecycle metrics to uncover actionable insights and conversion opportunities
- Evaluate high-impact experiments (e.g. pricing, conversion, process changes) and ensure valid tracking and interpretation
- Act as a trusted advisor to Business-, Customer Journey-, and Product teams on data-driven optimization and decision-making
- Support strategic projects through data integration, cleanup, and model optimization
- Help reduce data silos by connecting multiple data sources and enabling end-to-end data flows
Requirements
Do you have experience in Tableau?, * 4+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Product Analytics, or Business Intelligence, ideally in SaaS, eCommerce, or B2C
- Strong SQL skills and solid understanding of data modeling principles
- Hands-on experience with BI and analytics tools (e.g. Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Metabase, Amplitude)
- Strong understanding of conversion funnels, lifecycle metrics, and core SaaS KPIs
- Experience in using AI to optimize workflows
- Experience collaborating in cross-functional teams
- Analytical, solution-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills - you can translate data into clear, actionable business insights
- Fluent in English; German is a strong plus
