Workday System Specialist

We're looking for a Workday System Specialist (f/m/d) to strengthen our People Systems Team within People Operations. In this role, you'll design, optimize, and innovate Workday solutions that make our people processes smarter and more efficient.

This position is available full-time or part-time.

Your Impact

• Be the Expert: Serve as the go-to expert Absence & Time Off, Document Management and Data Purge, ensuring seamless Implementation and Configuration.
• Drive Projects: Support the Workday Product Owner and the team for our Workday suite, including HCM set-up, security, other Workday products (e.g. LMS, Skills, Advanced Compensation, Time Tracking, Integrations)
• Consult & Implement: Translate business needs into technical solutions and deliver configurations that align with company goals.
• Solve & Support: Provide hands-on technical support and resolve user issues quickly.
• Test & Document: Create test plans and maintain clear documentation for system configurations and integrations.

Do you have experience in Workday?, * 3+ years of Workday experience in development and configuration

• Expertise in Absence, Time off and HCM modules.

• Bonus Workday Knowledge: Document Management, Data Purge Security, Advanced Compensation, Performance, Learning, or Recruiting

• Strong ability to translate business needs into technical solutions

• Strong Excel and analytical skills

• Excellent collaboration and communication skills

• Fluent English (German is a plus)
