It is an AI-powered financial analytics platform enabling banks, insurers, and asset managers to monitor risk, performance, and regulatory compliance in real time., * Design, build and maintain high-performance backend systems within a large-scale financial data platform

• Optimize queries, contribute to UDF development and support complex data modeling across MPP and SQL databases (incl. ClickHouse layers)
• Contribute to security, CI/CD and deployment processes in a production-grade environment
• Drive engineering excellence through architecture discussions, performance optimization and best practices

• Engineer's degree or Master's in software development
• 7+ years of experience in backend software development
• Experience with at least one of the following technologies: Python, Rust, Scala, or Java
• Experience working as a Senior/Lead/Referent Developer, with strong autonomy and ownership
• Background in fintech or in a data-driven environment is highly appreciated
