IAM Engineer (SailPoint / Entra / One Identity)

We are looking for a motivated IAM Engineer to join our team in Amsterdam. You will play a key role in implementing and supporting Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions, focusing on RBAC, integrations, and workflow automation across enterprise systems., * Implement and manage RBAC rules, workflows, and provisioning processes

• Configure and maintain roles, entitlements, and access certification processes
• Develop and support integrations between IAM platforms and target systems/applications
• Ensure secure and seamless data exchange across connected systems
• Perform unit testing and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Provide incident management and operational support
• Troubleshoot and resolve access-related technical issues
• Collaborate with IT and Security teams to ensure compliance with policies and standards

• Hands-on experience with:

• SailPoint
• Microsoft Entra Identity Management
• Quest One Identity Manager

• Strong knowledge of IAM engineering and RBAC implementation
• Experience with workflow configuration and access certification
• Integration experience with systems, roles, and applications in IAM
• Proficiency in SQL and scripting for automation
• Experience in testing (Unit & UAT support), * 2-4 years of experience in IAM or Identity Governance
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
