Python Developer

• Act as a technical thought leader, mentoring teams on OR best practices
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and domain teams to translate business problems into optimization models
• Support delivery and solution design from an OR and analytics perspective

We are looking for a senior Operations Research Lead to drive complex optimization work and guide the organization on scalable, future-ready optimization approaches. This role requires deep hands-on OR expertise along with the ability to influence long-term solution design and technical direction., * 15+ years of experience in Operations Research / Optimization / Applied Mathematics

• Strong hands-on experience with large-scale, production-grade optimization solutions
• Expertise in techniques such as LP, MILP, heuristics, metaheuristics, and simulation
• Experience guiding teams on scalable and long-term OR strategies
• Background in airline, transportation, logistics, or complex scheduling domains is a strong plus, * Senior OR expert with both hands-on depth and strategic thinking
• Comfortable leading complex optimization initiatives end-to-end
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence technical and business stakeholders
