Job description
Sourcing & Advertising: Proactively find candidates through networking, social media, and databases, while managing job postings on various platforms.

Screening & Selection: Review resumes, conduct phone screenings, and perform interviews to assess skills and cultural fit

Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop effective recruiting strategies.

Candidate Experience: Act as the primary point of contact, ensuring a positive, transparent experience throughout the hiring process.

Offer Management: Negotiate compensation packages and facilitate the closing process.

Data Management: Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to maintain accurate candidate records and track hiring metrics like time-to-fill.

You have the ability to work in fast-paced environment & can adapt to changing scenarios., · Bachelors/master's degree with 5 - 8 years of experience in recruitment for the technology business.
· Proven experience as a Recruiter (in-house or agency).
· Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Strong negotiation and organizational skills.
· Experience in mid-senior level hiring. Have strong candidate interviewing skills.
· Able to solve challenging hiring situations through market data & intelligence
