Solution Engineer

The Solution Engineer Plays a pivotal part in designing and delivering Solutions for customers through a variety of professional services such as low level design, Wi-fi surveys and installations . As a Solution Engineer you will be working on the following

• Pre-Sales Technical Support for the commercial team
• Listening and understanding the needs of customer,then scoping, designing and building a solution to solve their challenges
• Providing 3rd line support to the service desk as required
• Researching Emerging technologies to stay updated with the best alternatives and to improve existing Architecture
• Provide a Technical Lead role in project work

• Hold a relevant qualification ( CCNA at a minimum)
• Demonstrable experience in wired and wireless technologies
• Effective communicator
• Previous experience with pre-sales
