You'll design intuitive, accessible journeys across CMS-driven websites, working closely with Product, Content, Research and Engineering teams. You'll own designs end-to-end - from insight and prototyping to stakeholder sign-off - ensuring high-quality UI and consistency across multiple markets.

• Strong experience designing for CMS websites (AEM ideal)
• Expert Figma and design system skills
• Solid knowledge of WCAG 2.2 and inclusive design
• Ability to support and run usability research
• Experience with multilingual sites
• Comfortable managing multiple workstreams and stakeholder groups
• Background in asset management / financial services is highly desirable
